Each is designed around Nairobi's actual pace — the school run, the afternoon downpour, the end-of-month budget crunch. When you book an appointment, you get a confirmed time window, a named technician or consultant, and a post-visit summary so you know exactly what was done and what, if anything, comes next. Our product supply covers curated, quality-checked goods sourced from verified Kenyan and East African suppliers, delivered to your door or available for pickup at our Ngong Road base. Business packages are bespoke — we sit down with you, understand your cycle, and build a visit and supply schedule that fits without waste.
Book a one-off or recurring visit for home or business premises. We cover consultation, maintenance, and task-based engagements. Slots run Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Confirmation comes within two hours of booking, and you'll get a 30-minute heads-up call before we arrive.
We stock a curated range of everyday essentials and specialty items sourced from Kenyan suppliers we know personally. Orders placed before noon ship same day within Nairobi; outer counties typically arrive in two business days. All products carry a satisfaction guarantee — if it's not right, we sort it.
Monthly or quarterly service agreements for SMEs, shops, and offices. Packages include a fixed number of site visits, a dedicated contact within our team, priority response times, and volume pricing on products. We review and adjust the package with you every three months so you're never paying for capacity you don't use.
For standard appointments, 24 hours' notice is usually enough. For Saturday slots or business package visits, 48 hours is safer. If you have an urgent need, call us directly — we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in that day.
Our home base is Nairobi and that's where we operate reliably. We can discuss one-off engagements in Kiambu County or along the Nairobi–Mombasa corridor, but we won't commit to a schedule we can't keep. If it's outside our range, we'll say so upfront.
M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on completion for in-person services. Product orders require payment before dispatch. We send a receipt for every transaction — no exceptions.
Yes. Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your slot and there's no charge. Last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours) may incur a small call-out fee if our team is already en route. We'll always tell you in advance if that applies.
Bulk orders for businesses are welcome and attract volume pricing. Send us a product list and quantities by email and we'll come back with a quote within one business day. Minimum bulk order threshold is KSh 10,000.
